Critics have argued that Waltz in Swing Time from Swing Time (1936) was the finest music that Astaire and Rogers ever danced to. The accompanying dance is a waltz with tap overlays which is both sophisticated and fun as it subtly eludes to the Pick Yourself Up number, earlier in the film

My Doctor Who Day companion-doctor jumble

Nine, Wilf, Four, and K-9. BECAUSE IMAGINE THE SASS AND THE SILLIES AND NINE ROLLING HIS EYES AT 4 AND 4’S SCARF WHILE WILF MAKES BEST FRIENDS WITH K-9 IN THE CORNER AND THEN TELLS BOTH DOCTORS TO SHUT IT AND K-9 WIGGLES HIS EARS AND SAYS AFFIRMATIVE. I have a lot of K-9 feels, ok. And Four Scarf feels. And Wilf feels. And Nine is my doctor. Throw all those things together and it will be fabulous. And the TARDIS might explode, but it’s ok!

What if there were two K-9s?! Mark II and Mark IV, say, in the TARDIS together? Oh mannnn.
